  • Candice has over 20 years experience in recruitment. She worked for over 10 years with a leading global recruitment business where she became a senior manager and led teams of recruiters in various sectors across the UK.

    In 2008 she set up what was originally James Lewis Consulting and is now rebranded as Bourne Consulting. Candice enjoys playing tennis, skiing holidays and entertaining with her friends.

    She is a business mentor for the Prince’s Trust and has a genuine passion for advising people with their career decisions.

  • Chelsea is a post graduate in science with a background in sales and marketing.

    She hails from India and has ample experience in customer relationship management and business relations.She believes in connecting and communicating with people, to build long term relationships and comprehend their requirements.

    A positive and approachable individual, Chelsea is a pleasure to work with.

    In her spare time, she loves to travel, practice yoga and spend time with family and friends.


  • Kate has over 20 years’ experience in recruitment and executive search. Kate has worked across several sectors including Saas, Technology and Build specialist recruiters. She prides herself on building relationships and understanding both client and candidates.

    At the weekend, Kate can usually be found running, socialising with friends and walking her Cavapoo, JJ!
